I had my copper iud removed 08/21/09. Experienced little bleeding from the removal, as it was removed after my period in the hospital. My Dr tried to remove it in July, but it was WAY ... In the ER, they told me that bleeding out of the ordinary could be indicative of pregnancy and I could be with my iud out of place too,

There is no way to predict whether you will miscarry or how long after the IUD is removed can you miscarry. Faint spotting at youor stage of pregnancy is common and does not mean that you will miscarry either.
