If your hamster is pregnant her stomach will be tight around the bottem and only goes through pregnancy for an avarage of sixteen days. Feed her lots of nuts for protine because when she gives birth the babies use up all of her protine and she will eat them for strength.

I've bred hamsters before. It's just hard to tell when they ARE pregnant >_<; He's not her brother, thank God. I was afraid she had bred with a brother or closely related hamster at the pet store. Which I didn't want.

I am afraid my hamster is pregnant. I think it is because its has been making a nest in the wheel and has been putting a lot of food in it. Its also looking a little fatter and has some of the pregnant hamster symptoms..I am afraid if it daes have babies up in the wheel they wont be able to get down.
