With the shortage of nurses, I have seen many hospitals unionize. ... Unions in any profession have pros and cons but personally I'm 'pro union'. PA attempted to regulate nurse/patient ratio but the governor vetoed the legislation. Nurses are the backbone of healthcare yet we are the ones with the smallest voices.
