It's a Victorian pump organ (the two pedals you see work a bellows to supply air) – they were almost always very ornate, made out of expensive woods like walnut & cherry, and a surprising number of homes had them in America (well, they couldn't very well put one of the CDs from the box set on, now could they?) ;

My friend julie and my grandmother play a pump organ from the 1800's in the downtown Smyrna history Museum. in Smyrna, Delaware ... Looks like it has holes in the bellows to fix. That makes it so you have to pump harder. The reeds need to be cleaned too, it'd be more in tune then. Other than that, it's in nice shape.
