He is subject to such punishment as a courtmartial may impose. He could get anything from a reduction in rank to 15 years @ hard labor in a military prison. If he fled before deployment to Iraq, he could be charged w/ cowardice and executed ( remote possibility) I would not count on seeing him anytime soon.
