You have to check with you midwife before you begin taking the raspberry tea/tablets because I found that different midwives, and doctors said to begin taking them at different times. One pharmacist even told me that you could begin taking them at 24 weeks but my midwife said that this can bring on labour.

What if it did bring on labour, did I want to be in a maternity ward after just having had 'relations' with ... Another front runner was raspberry leaf tea.
