A ban on rave parties makes no sense. It is flawed both in principle and as a tactic. Rave parties are supposed to be places where the young have a blast, but with banned drugs. What is wrong with the fun bit? It is one thing to consider the consumption of certain drugs an offence under the law;

It's called a Rave party, and it can attract thousands of young people, some of whose parents drop them off, believing the event is a youth conference designed to help their children cope with life. But this stuff won't help anybody.
