My Motorola v300 suddenly says "Invalid Battery" across the screen. I did a quick internet search and apparently this usually occurs if the battery has been damaged or if you are using the wrong battery. I'm using the same battery that was with the phone when I bought it, so it's ... furthremore, the V3 razr isn't a V600..

I bought a RAZR V3 in October. I started getting the 'invalid battery' message too. Sometimes it works with that message displayed, or it will not work at all. Cingular is sending me a replacement phone/battery. They don't know what it is - so I am wondering how long before the new one starts 'invalid battery'.

My motorola razr has been working great the whole time. Then all of a sudden like a week or two ago I was messing around with my phone doing nothing and it shuts off or i accidentally shut it off. I then turned it back on and a message prompted saying "invalid battery".

From day one, I got numerious error messages (invalid battery, no service). My previous Nokia had service almost everywhere. In fact it was so reliable, I disconnected my home phone. I got the razor and had to go outside to even get a signal! ... More Motorola RAZR V3 (Black) reviews...
