There are good reasons to be angry at the formation of the Israeli state, to oppose its existence beyond the pre-1967 borders and ... I think it's simple why people deny the Holocaust. Two reasons: a) They wish to evade some specific or complicit guilt, eg Germans, those who kept silent, etc. b) They want to do it again.

One would think it almost impossible to deny the occurrence of the Holocaust. After all, historians, government officials, newspaper reports, books, movies, survivor testimony, and the Nuremberg trials all point to the systematic extermination of 6 million Jews by the Nazis during World War II.
