Have your cake too? - Probably not. Desserts are mostly fat and sugar which will put you over your calorie goal for the day. My question is I have been eating approximately 8 grams of fat per day and approximately 2000 calories. Your weight loss has been about 4.9 pounds per week, which is faster than recommended.
