; Can anybody please tell me if it is possible to insert a (simple) Button into a page that will cause it to Refresh/Reload. Can be html or php page with the emphasis on simplicity.

For those who don't know it's to the right of the address bar and looks like two arrows pointing in a circle. But as kyle said, just hit F5. I haven't actually clicked on a refresh button in years.

Note: Once you click the "Refresh Button", the newly up-dated material should appear. If you do not see anything different about the page after the "Refresh Button" has been clicked, then the page you are viewing has NOT been up-dated.
