Removing wheel locks., WITHOUT THE KEY! ... Jim, IF you have the Honda Wheel Locks, I'm 100% sure if you went to a dealership they will be able to take them off. They have the key. If they say they don't , they are lying. Talk to the Service Mangager and I'm sure he'll know where the keys are.

I've also seen a tool just for removing wheel locks when people forget to leave their wheel lock keys at a mechanics. It looks like an oversize socket with rubber in the middle, it clamps down as it tightens. One other thing I found amusing at my Kragen is one companies wheel locks all used the same key!

the dealer has a kit of all honda locks. if they are aftermarket thats another story. you can always hammer a socket onto them but probably going to mess the rim up.they also make reverse thread sockets meant for removing locks. ... I win , me 1 wheel locks 0 , now need to get a new set or just skip locks altogeather.

just aquired a vehicle with mcgard kocks on the wheels the old owner lost the key and the number card.any sugestions on removing them would be greatly appreciated. ... I have the factory wheel locks on my E36 M3. One of them is now hosed up. I've got the key in the lock, turned and the cap is only coming off 1/2 way or less. Does any one have experience drilling or otherwise removing this style wheel lock?
