Just wondering what other runners resting pulse rates are as mine is quite low. My resting pulse rate is about 48 (it was about 44 a few years ago when i was doing lots of hillwalking running and karate and a stone and a half lighter) is this normal for a runner, i'm sure the average is supposed to be 60-72 am i right?
