RIPE Network Coordination Centre Valid/Invalid IP Reports ... There are 3 ip, they all belong to the RIPE network, and it seems to "provide Internet resource allocations" (in Europe?) as they say on the disclaimer. So my question is; is an "ICMP redirect" an attack (yes, i'm a newbie), and what about an "UDP Flood to Host"?
