That being said, however, there are (a) some predatory flies that *mimic* wasps/bees, and will feed on bees ("robber flies", family Asilidae), and (b) wasps that will use bees as food for their larvae, but you said you have dead bees on the ground, and that is NOT what these wasps would do.
