If your up for a little bit of a challenge, then try making the cheese sauce with the base of a roue first (equal parts of fats [Margarine or Butter works best for mac-and-cheese] ,flour and milk or cream) That's how I make mine, and my whole family was amazed at how much it tastes like Velveeta is in it.
