Q: What do you know about Sam-E for treatment of depression or arthritis? I have been hearing amazing things about it, but I suspect they may be too ... Because compounds such as SAMe are not regulated by the FDA there is no way to be sure of quality or purity. Some experts recommend enteric coated pills in blister packs.
