ok gang, here's the situation: i have a client that want's a scanner that will scan negatives and convert them to pictures. i didn't even know that this existed. i called hp and asked them, they said that none of their scanners do such a thing but there are scanners that do them, but you're gonna pay for it.

The best way to scan 35mm negatives and slides is to buy a film scanner. The transparency adapters for flatbed scanners don't scan in high enough resolution for most purposes.
