I dont know why scientifically I only know why I cry...Im very emotional and caring so here goes ill try to explain........My heart get so full of sadness or even gladness or just plain Love that it overflows into tears.Besides its a cleanseing process we have so many pent up emotions that its a release to cry.

Why do we cry? Beacuse we're sad, or because we're happy? When we're calm, or when we're stressed? Because we want to, or because we can't ...
