also the images i've seen of warts look nothinglike them. 2)sebaceous prominence, but i cant find any good pictures to be able to identify them. 3) Pearly Penile Papules , but those are only under the tip from what i gather and i havent ... I have Pearly Penile Papules and they look like the way you described your bumps.

Does this sound like sebaceous prominence or can HPV cause these same symtoms? ; On the back of my penis and lower part of my penis i have the small bumps that look like the Sebaceous Prominence. They are also on my scrotom, there are alot on the scrotom and not as many on the penis.

These white bumps do not look the same as the wart and from looking at pictures online it seems that these are sebaceous prominence. The bumps can't be popped either. Is it just coincidence that I am seeing these two different types of lesions at the same time?? ... does this sound like hpv? (5 replies):
