On September 11th at 8:45 a.m., American Airlines Flight 11, a Boeing 767 bound for Los Angeles, slammed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Hundreds of people evacuated or tried to evacuate by running down then stairs or sadly jumping to their deaths if they couldn't evacuate.
