Dear Dollar Stretcher, Due to a divorce a few years ago I was the one that ended up with all the credit card debt. I can't seem to get out from under. I have tried the CCCS. But because I am not terribly delinquent, I have been paying the "minimum" due on the cards most months, I did not qualify.
