Shattered Dreams is not owned and was not created by TABC; however we do provide support for the program. Each year, TABC offers Texas high schools mini-grants to help pay some of the cost associated with hosting a Shattered Dreams program.

The Shattered Dreams program also works to produce change at interpersonal and environmental levels. Some program components support interpersonal change through observational learning or role modeling for students to observe their peers practicing alcohol-free behaviors.
