those were some weird dos for a Shih Tzu Daisy. The faces were way long. BOL. And one looked like a poodle topknot. Ouch. Not a good do. The most common od Shih Tzu cuts is what people call "the puppy cut. All that is is one length all over with a Teddy Bear Head.

Many people just pre book monthly grooming appointments to keep their Shih Tzu in a" puppy cut "or" Teddy bear cut" This is something to think about before getting that little ball of hair.

Our Shih Tzu, Angel, is lazy beyond belief, all she does is lay there all day. She makes a good lap dog though, and she's mellow with children. We actually ended up gaving them both a "teddy bear" cut because it was getting too hot for their long hair, so they look like twins now lol.

I have a shih tzu also. When I take him to the groomers, I ALWAYS ask for them to trim his hair and leave hair on his tail. Make sure they cut the hair around the eyes.
