I stand all day on concrete floors. I have foot, leg & knee fatigue/pain at the end of the day. I have bought some arch supports (I have really high arches) at Wal-Mart and put those in my shoes. I also work out regularly to try to keep my legs strong. Buy good quality, comfortable footwear and replace them often.

When matched with a cushiony pair of hiking socks, I can stand or walk all day... my legs usually give out ... Uggs All the Way!; I'm on a 3 week holiday to the UK and my UGGS have kept my feet warm, dry, and comfortable and look like what women wear every day as opposed to athletic shoes or hiking style shoes/boots.

Overall Rating:; I like these shoes. They are very comfortable to stand in all day. The only problem for me is the top back of the shoe rubs on my ankle and has worn the skin down. The shoe is very stiff and is like sandpaper.
