I am a total wimp when it comes to shoes. I started with the birks, but then they started feeling too hard. Switched to Dansko clogs and liked those for quite a while. Now I switch between Soft Spots loafers and Clarks sandels.

They have shoes there that are specifically designed for standing/walking all day on "cement" type flooring. They come in a wide variety of styles as well as colors. I just bought 2 pair when I picked up my new uniforms and they are SOO comfortable, I almost don't wanna take them off.
