No. Because people do not dispose of it properly. It causes many thousands of dollars in damage to schools every year...as it ruins carpets and the undersides of desks and painted walls, and even water fountains.

I personally do not see a reason to not allow it, but kids are silly and gum snapping and bubble blowing can be a distraction, not to mention where they dispose of it when they are finished chewing it. For some reason kids think the bottom ...
