I love my silver mound artemisia! Everyone compliments its beauty and sof it is to touch. Since my plants are so large, I would like to divide them and plant in other parts of my garden. Do I have to wait until Fall to do this or can they be divided now?

Also can I prune back my silver mound in Nov., (I here spring is better to do that) but mine seems to be going grey and brittle likes it's dying or something and Im scared I have killed it because of the weather change and the cut down (temporarily) of constant sunlight it was used to getting.
