When I went to Europe I was shocked to see all the places you were allowed to smoke in. ... The dangers of smoking are now so well-known, nobody should have to be exposed to the risks unless they do so voluntarily. Ban smoking in all public places and designate special restaurants where people can go who like to smoke.
