I usually do, and then make sure I put alcohol or it and then a band-aid for a little while so it doesn't get infected. It depends on where it is, if it is on my finger where it is irritating me I pop it, if it is in a less irritating spot ...

Blisters are best treated by buying moleskin at the drugstore and putting it over the blister approaching a bandaid.
