They told me this was still under the warranty though signal insurance. I just got off the phone with them. They consider the spring popping out physical damage instead of mechanical damage and won't cover it. I can file a new claim for 50 but they won't cover it themselves for free per their pamplet I picked up last night.

I have an account with USCellular including insurance through Signal at their behest. After paying my premiums dilligently for a year, an occasion arose to where I needed to file a claim. The USCellular technician that repaired the phone stated that it was damaged, not defective, therefore, not covered.
