Since I needed money too badly to wait for it, I signed the documents, but underneath my signature, I wrote "under duress." My boss gave me shit about it, threatening me, and telling me that it was bullshit, ... If you sign it and mark that the signature is under duress, you at least mark your intentions at the time.

When this was filed for arbitration the stated that they signed for the cargo "under duress" ; As luck would have this the trucker that delivered the cargo is in hospital - quite likely not to make it out.
