Sired vampires, or commonly known as the "common" vampire, are ones that have been bitten and drained completely by a powerful vampire being, such as a Revenant, Pure Blood, or elder vampire. Sired vampires cannot turn other individuals into vampires, as they lack the experience, age, and intellect to do so.
