A SKIN RASH THAT FORMS A CIRCLE COULD BE A NUMBER OF THINGS SUCH AS A RINGWORM, HIVES, CONTACT DERMITITAS OR ETC. IF IT WAS ME I WOULD DEFINATELY SEE THE DOCTOR TO MAKE SURE.
