The Reading Specialist and the Language Arts Lead Teacher have been trained using Houghtin-Mifflin’s SOAR to Success Intervention Program. Selected students in grades 5 and 8 meet with either the Reading Specialist or the Language Arts Lead Teacher 4 days a week in small groups for intervention instruction.
