Both of My Ovaries Are Sore........ I only weigh about 110 lbs, i've always had fairly flat abs, but now I can actualy see (what I think) are my swolen ovaries and they're both sore. After a bowel movement my whole pelvic area feels empty and I get a tight, pulling feeling of my ovaries. And my back also aches. My back has been sore each morning after waking for the past couple of weeks.. also, each morning I feel as though I am getting a UTI.
