Q: I am a healthy 25 year old & I am experiencing sore, tender breasts. I have never experienced this before and I was wondering some reasons this could be happening. A: At your age, sore breasts can mean anything from pregnancy to fibrocystic breast condition to hormonal imbalance, among other reasons.

Last month it was late but finally came, not this month the same thing but now my breast and nipples are sore and tender and have been this way for about a week and a half. Could my cyst have come back, but that wouldn't explain my breast though?
