there is this dog tht i have n she's not mine she ... there's no way you can tell - you should bring the dog to the shelter or vet to see if it's microchipped (they can find the owner!) until then I would keep the male dog away from the female until you know for sure...

I have always waited until they have been through a heat cycle before spading them. However, my vet is suggesting I go ahead and do it now. His reasoning is the dog is healthier, etc. ... Most vets mutually agree to spay a dog BEFORE its first heat. Only a small number of female dogs develop incontinence after the procedure.
