I have been feeling "spastic" fetal movements since 24-25 weeks. They occur almost daily; they are extremely rapid (faster than I assume fetal hiccups to be) and seem too fast to be normal. I never felt movement like this with my first pregnancy (and I know that each pregnancy can be very different).
