I am recovering from anorexia and starvation mode ... It's hard for the body to put on costly muscle when you're not eating anything. If you want to get out of starvation mode, you're going to have to stop starving yourself, and start eating closer to 1000 or 1300 calories.

I was wondering how many calories keep your body in starvation mode. My hubby says there is no such thing. If my calorie intake is 1200 a day, how can I not be loosing any weight? Any ideas are welcome. BG...
