Any cable compatible TV (which 99.9% of them are), will be able to get channels 2 to 75. so you may still have to pay for "Basic" cable TV from Comcast. ... If you don't pay for it, I'd suggest asking them to put a filter on your line so there is less opportunity to accuse you of stealing cable TV. And then don't steal...
