...which I had to apologize for when he told me the whole story, and then informed me that he was on the way to the E.R. because his back was killing him. They kept him overnight and told him it's either kidney stones or something requiring back surgery.

Writing this story was another fascinating journey into the nature of good and evil, redemption and the healing power of love, some of my favorite topics. I was also able to bring together my vampire queen and mermaid/angel series, because with Dante being a vampire, their paths will cross Lyssa and Jacob's!
