Structure of Intellect (SOI) is a theory of human intelligence that was developed from Dr. J.P. Guilford's work at the University of Southern California. A psychologist in the U.S. Air Force in mid 1900s, Guilford created his assessment tool to help the Air Force find pilots who would succeed in the field.
