The Summit County Court of Common Pleas is a court of general jurisdiction, handling both criminal and civil cases. Each of the eight judges of the General Division presides over more than 1600 cases per year. This is more cases than any other court of general jurisdiction of comparable size in the State of Ohio.

C. Thornburg, appeal the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas denying their motion to vacate a void judgment rendered without subject matter jurisdiction or, alternatively, to vacate the judgment pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B). We reverse and remand.
