I received an E-mail today (10/11/05) from the BBB in reguard to my filed compaint against Tat B Gone. They informed me that Tat B Gone is not replying to my complaint, so now what? What good is reporting a complaint when the company still doesn't care or respond, where does one go from here?

I purchased Tat B Gone under thier disclaimer that "96.7 of Tat B Gone users achieve satisfying results. After my first order ran out with no results I called Bob Bowley to let him know this. He explained I hadn't used it long enough, so I purchased another order.

No links please. ... none of them works. My daughter tried a couple and all they did was burn her skin. The tatoos are still there in all their glory. If you want them off, you need to get them lasered off by a dermatologist ... I don't know where I should get this tat?
