Do you remember this Canadian cartoon from the 80s? I do because I watched it every Sunday. Bert Raccoon, the protagonist, was always up to something as was, Cyril Sneer, the pink aardvark antagonist. Oddly, it appeared that Cyril received more of the spotlight than Bert but this is just my opinion.
