That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, agreed at London on 29th ... In 43 years' time if there is not a much more determined attack on the things that are undermining the global environment the situation could be dramatically disimproved.
