My guess is cervix thinning. Because when it does little capillaries break, which is what causes the little bit of blood. I could be wrong but this is what they told us at prenatal classes. ... My cervix has been thinning out since 33/34 weeks , here i am still pregnant at 37 weeks .. so i would say prolly not ... My cervix started thinning out around 32 weeks and I was a week over due with my daughter. Every one is different. If you do start going into labor now they will do what they can to stop it.
