Espicially the throat tightness. I went to see an allergy doctor and learned that I was sensitive to refined sugar, msg and citric acid. I have tried to eliminate msg and fake sugars like nutrasweet from my diet. I have noticed ... It is definitely worth looking into allergies that can contribute to anxiety symptoms.
