I've seen the bumps before but they never affected me to the extent of how it feels now. My lips were getting a bit itchy so I thought to apply Blistex to prevent cold sores from breaking ... I have a patch of 5 tiny bumps right to the left of my cupid`s bow on my upper lip. they showed up 3 days ago and have not gone away. They do not hurt or itch. Any idea what this could be? Is it contagious?

Tiny Bumps on My Lips - Not Cold Sores? Could I have Herpes or Cold Sores? ... Interesting b/c I have been going through the same things that you described in your post...the tiny bumps that start out on the edges and then cover the lips...not red in color, eruption, oozing, crusting process and then heal...What the heck...

Yesterday I applied lip gloss as I felt my lips were chapped which I use it frequently and on regular basis. Later I felt my lips getting tighter and found tiny bumps. I have food allergies and unknown drug allergy too.
